To ensure efficiency, our skilled team overseas brings the dress to life, while our New Zealand team expertly takes care of all fittings and alterations.

STEP 1: PRE - CONSULTATION
To begin, send us an enquiry about your custom-made gown.
If you have any inspiration photos of your dream dress, feel free to share them with us at hello@jennybridalnz.com.
Be sure to include any modifications you'd like to make, details about the elements of the dress, your current sizing, and your budget. Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule your one-on-one consultation.
STEP 2: CONSULTATION, DESIGN & MEASUREMENTS
We’ll discuss the style and silhouette of your dress, as well as key elements such as fabric, laces, appliqués, beading, and more. We’ll also cover production timelines and your budget.
A 50% deposit is required to start the process, which includes taking measurements and purchasing materials. All your questions will be answered, and we’ll provide a clear outline of the entire process with a proposal generated for you.
STEP 3: PRODUCTION
Our team will begin sourcing the materials required for your design and provide progress updates, including photos, to ensure your satisfaction and address any adjustments needed.
We will maintain ongoing communication with you via email, text, or social platforms.
It takes an average of 1-3 months to customise your dress.
THE FINAL REVEAL
Once the final piece is ready, we will send you high-quality images and videos for your approval.
When you are completely satisfied with the dress, the remaining 50% balance will be due.
