Customers send through the enquiry of custom-made gown via website or any social media platforms. If you have any inspiration pictures, sketches, etc, your can attached them with the form you summited via our website or direct message to our FB/IG account.
Describe any modification you want to make to the inspiration and the elements of the dress, delivery date and budget.
Once receive your enquiry, we will get in contact with you to set up your one-on-one consultation appointment with our designer.
CONSULTATION: ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION WITH OUR DESIGNER
Discuss the elements of your dress (Fabric, laces, appliques, beading, etc.)
Discuss the sizing and fit of the dress.
Discuss the delivery time and estimate budget.
Determine if a sketch- up is required.
Answering all your questions and outlining the entire process.
Generate the proposal
The first 50% to be made to start the process (Taking measurements, purchasing materials)
Our team will start sourcing the materials needed for your design, progress updates with pictures to make ensure customer’s satisfaction and whether any change needed.
Continued communication with the designer.
High Quality images and videos will be sent to you when the final piece is ready for approval.
Any final modification requests can be made here.
Once the client is 100% satisfied with the dress the remaining 50% is paid.
DELIVERY & ALTERATION
Delivery will take from 14-20 days. Please be aware in some cases, it may take up to 1 month.
We provide free alteration to ensure the design fits you perfectly.
CUSTOM MADE BRIDESMAID DRESS
For your bridal squad
We have plenty of design for your to choose from or if you have any design ideal in your mind. Our consultant will make sure on colors, styles and fabric then taking the accurate measurement on each bridesmaid will be taken at the appointment.
Fitting appointment will be made when your dresses arrive. An alternation service is added to make sure the perfect fit.
