It takes an average of 1- 3 months to make a custom gown. We also take rush orders at an extra cost.

Our home-based studio is currently located at Papatoetoe, Auckland.

All design work, fabric selection, and measurements are carefully crafted in our New Zealand studio by Jenny.

Our New Zealand team expertly take care of all fittings and alterations.

We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and a custom dress may no longer be needed for some unexpected reason. Please keep in mind that because custom-sized dresses are tailor made to your personal measurements, we are unable to take them back for any reason, including, but not limited to wedding cancelations, incorrect ordering, or sizing changes.

Once we start production your dress order is non- refundable, and we cannot cancel the order at that point.

Yes, we do make custom veils to match your wedding gown.
