HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE MY WEDDING DRESS?

WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTION FOR DRESS MAKING PROCESS?

• First 50% deposit is collected via cash or bank transfer, the remaining 50%  is required once the dress is completed. The second half can also be put on After Pay over 6 weeks, interest free.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM GOWN?

DO YOU DO CUSTOM VEILS?

• Yes, we do make custom veils to match your wedding gown.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

• Once we start production your dress order is non- refundable, and we cannot cancel the order at that point.

WHERE DO YOU MAKE THE DRESSES?

• We have a factory in Viet Nam and our team consists of seamstresses, fabric makers, designer and many other individuals that make sure our customers vision is delivered on time and to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their final product.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

• Our home-based studio is currently located at Papatoetoe, Manukau, Auckland. 

CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOM DRESS?

• We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and a custom dress may no longer be needed for some unexpected reason. Please keep in mind that because custom-sized dresses are made to personal measurements, we are unable to take them back for any reason, including, but not limited to wedding cancelations, incorrect ordering, or sizing changes.
